WORKSHOP - Finding Clarity in an Off-Centred World
In a world that feels increasingly off-centre, many business owners and leaders want to lessen the noise, find clarity, and bring calm responsiveness into their decision-making.
Remember the GFC? The 2013/14 Resources Bust? Covid-19? and a few other off-centre situations? In discussions over the past weeks with our clients and networks, there is common agreement that it’s one of “those times.” Again!
In “those times,” we’ve worked with our clients – business leaders and their teams – to develop a framework which has helped them to find clear pathways forward, turn down the ‘noise’ and bring new thinking and clarity – enabling them to thrive.
To that end, we are hosting a ‘working lunch’ with our clients from a cross-section of businesses and industries where we plan to jointly create scenarios and a pathway forward, identify the likely signposts to guide us in our decisions at times like this, and return agency and clarity to us, as we all navigate what lies ahead.
Doing this as a collective will provide different and exciting perspectives, and a unique networking opportunity with like-minds.
We plan to document the outcomes from the workshop, with each participant taking away a ‘course-correction map’ to use for now (and for when the world goes off-centre next time!).
